The terms and conditions are subject to amendments  from time to time, they apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors and suppliers) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

The content and information on these pages and the online service reservation provided on these pages and through the website (the “service”) are owned, operated and provided by Travelcom Network and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

However in using the terms “we”, “our”, “website” in this site we refer to Travelcom Network. The term “you” and “the client” refers to the customer visiting the website and/or booking a reservation through us on this website, or through our call center agents.

Be sure that you read the agreement carefully. Please do not use this website if you do not accept all of these terms and conditions.  ensure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the terms of usage. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to revise this agreement without prior notice, and to withdraw or restrict access to the use of this website in whole or in part at any time also without prior notice. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age and above to use this website. 
You must possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. 
You will use this website in accordance with this agreement.
You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act on behalf of.

There are inherent terms and conditions set apart for the purchase of travel-related products as well as reservations for you will be bound by terms and condition of any supplier.

Service payments and abiding by the regulations and caveats in connection with availability, use of products and fares, you are bound by the terms and conditions of usage. We wish to bring to your notice that certain service providers offering certain services may request that you agree to their liability waiver before getting involved in those transactions. You may lose the following if you violate any suppliers’ obligations or caveats:  forgo monies for reservations of such services, denied access to travel packages and or services.

This site contains representations in the form of information, price quotes or fares  submitted by Third Parties and we accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material nor do we make any representations by virtue of the contents of this site in respect of the guaranteed availability of any services promoted.

The currency conversion rates pasted on these sites if any, are for reference purposes and should not be acted on notes of finality because of fluctuating currency rates. You are encouraged to seek further verification on the accuracy of conversion rates from experts before dealing.

In terms of protecting  all  information you submit to us, you promise, agree and warrant: That such details or representations is not confidential or proprietary and Travelcom Network shall be free to use any such information in any manner to utilize, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such submissions throughout the world in any medium, now known or hereafter devised;  You agree that Travelcom Network may choose to provide sections or whole of your comments or reviews at our will, and  such submissions may be shared with our partners. Equally, you have granted  Travelcom Network the right to pursue at law any person or legal unite that violates Travelcom Network’s  rights by a breach of this agreement.

Travelcom Network takes no responsibility and will not assume any liability for any material posted or sent to us by you. We are under no obligation to post your submissions; Should the terms and conditions are not acceptable by you, please do not make use of the site and do not make any submissions.

If you own or have unrestricted rights to the material or information submitted to Travelcom Network, you shall indemnify and render Travelcom Network harmless against any claims, suits, proceedings, expenses of any type whatsoever, brought against Travelcom Network in connection with infringement of third parties rights in respect of the material or information that you submitted.

You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials or information is free from any known computer viruses, or other contaminates, including but not limited to any code or instructions that may be used to modify damage or compromise the security of this web site.

You will not transmit to or from this Website or post any, publicly unlawful contents and materials, obscene, pornographic, and defamatory or other material or contents and any acts of commercialization.

Our quotation system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

In the case of air tickets, full payment for the booking needs to be made by midnight on the day that the booking was made in order to guarantee the estimate quoted according to the Booking Confirmation.

Full payment after booking is confirmed, is due immediately by Visa, MasterCard, or Verve card, Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash Deposit at a bank, Cash Deposit at the office or Quick-teller, whichever is considered appropriate by the customer. If the full payment is not received by midnight on the day that the Booking was made, Travelcom Network or Third Party Service Provider (as the case may be) involved reserves the full right to cancel the booking.

It will be your duty and obligation to ensure the protection of your Credit/Debit card, personal identification number and all such other details of your Credit/Debit cards as Travelcom Network will not be held responsible for the unauthorized use, theft, loss of details in your Credit/Debit card and for payments made to unauthorized bank centers, personnel fraudulently representing Travelcom Network. Travelcom Network does not have access to information stored in your Credit/Debit card. You further agree not to take any action against Travelcom Network in cases that may arise out of such situations.

Once a booking has been confirmed and ticket or voucher is issued, any necessary changes will result in additional charges as permitted by the supplier. Using a third party Credit/Debit card for booking, the proof of documents may be required: a copy of the Credit/Debit card front and back, a copy of the cardholders driver’s license or international passport front and back, and written confirmation from the cardholder. All fraudulent purchase will be investigated and duly prosecuted.

During booking/reservation, passengers should ensure that the names on the booking/reservation are the same as they appear on the passport. Errors made online are caused by the client’s own mistake. All e-tickets must be checked the same day as the ticket is issued. If you cannot see your e-ticket in your inbox, check your junk folder or contact our customer service agents. Some airlines will not permit name changes due to non-changeable/refundable tickets.

For bookings/reservations made by telephone rather than bookings made online, the client must check booking confirmation and e-ticket the same day as booking was made. Always check your inbox and junk folders. Special attention must be made when checking the spelling of passenger’s names, dates, and timings of flights booked and the confirmed airfare. Failure to check the email confirmation and e-ticket same day as booking was made makes the client liable for any errors.

To guarantee the fare on your booking confirmation, full payment must be made the same day. Failure to pay the same day may involve paying a higher fare.

In the event of booking canceling by a customer, Travelcom  Network has the right to either claim an amount or to retain an amount of the payment as cancellation fees payable to Travelcom Network.

Your refunds are only paid back to you only after you have received refunds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings may attract charges which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

An amendment fee per booking may be levied for any changes to the confirmed itinerary and or ticket. This is charged in addition to the change fees charged by the supplier and other Third Party Service Providers. In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled extension to the final itinerary caused by flight re-scheduling, flight delays, bad weather, strikes or any other cause which is beyond the control of Travelcom Network, its agents or suppliers, it is understood that expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions (hotel accommodation etc.) will be for the client’s account.

While every effort is made to keep to the final itinerary in accordance with the client’s application, our suppliers and/or Travelcom Network reserve the right to make changes intended for the client’s convenience e.g. in some cases, weather conditions can necessitate an alteration in the itinerary and this does not constitute any reason for a refund. It is the client’s duty to check each amendment to the itinerary.

Travelcom Network is responsible for remitting tax to relevant tax bodies as hotel suppliers will invoice Travelcom Network for tax amount and hotel suppliers will hand over taxes applicable to relevant bodies.

Areas and locations have their different tax rates and in paying tax amounts, there could be slight differences from tax recovery amount based on taxability and rates. Hotels may attract different service fees based on hotel type and amount. You should be able to confirm reservation changes where you fail to turn up, and must do so in not more than 24hrs or face the risk of having your reservation cancelled, as there are various cancellation policy periods for different hotels.

Where you choose to cancel or alter your prepaid hotel reservation, you might be charged for such changes subject to the rules of the hotels for such changes and agree to pay for such changes as may occur. Once your hotel reservation request (s) have been lodged, you authorize Travelcom Network to make hotel reservations on your behalf based on the room rates displayed on the website and on the availability of reservations, which will include payment arrangements, services fees, tax recovery charges. You are mandated to make back payments for early checkouts or no shows within days after checking out.

There are different types of travel insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is the client’s optional decision. However, it is highly advised that all clients take out adequate insurance cover in order to cover instances such as cancellation due to illness, accident or injury, personal accident and personal liability, loss of or damage to baggage and sports equipment. (Note that is not an exhaustive list). We will not be responsible or liable if the client fails to take adequate insurance cover. It shall not be obligatory upon Travelcom Network to effect insurance for the client except upon detailed instructions given in writing and all insurance effected by Travelcom Network pursuant to such instruction will be subject to such exceptions and conditions as may be imposed by the insurance company or underwriters accepting the risk. Travelcom Network shall not be obliged to obtain separate cover for any risks so excluded. Should the insurers dispute their liability for any reason, the client will have recourse against the insurers only.

You are required to  check with the relevant requirements before traveling dates. It is entirely the client’s responsibility to ensure that all passports and visas are, valid, obtained on time, and will be valid for six months after return to their home country and that any vaccinations, inoculations and the likes, where required, have been obtained. It is the client’s duty to check that the necessary travel documents to enter the countries on your itinerary are obtained. Travelcom Network will endeavor to assist the client but such assistance will be at the Travelcom Network’s discretion and the client acknowledges that in doing so, Travelcom Network is not assuming any obligation or liability and the client indemnifies Travelcom Network against any consequences of non-compliance. It is the client’s duty to familiarize him/herself with the inherent dangers of and mental and/or physical condition required for the proposed travel arrangements.

Times and dates are shown on your ticket or itinerary/receipt if applicable are the departure times of the aircraft. Check-in times, as advised by your carrier, or in the airline’s timetable, are the latest times at which passengers can be accepted for travel, allowing the necessary time to complete all formalities. Flights cannot be held up for passengers arriving late, and no responsibility can be accepted in such cases.

Recommended Check-in time is 3 hours prior to flight departure.

Please make sure you check your luggage allowance with the airline you are flying with before you travel. Airlines often change their baggage information, so it is worth double checking before you fly.

Please note that several airlines do not advertise their luggage allowance with online bookings. Therefore, it is essential to check directly with the airline regarding the luggage allowance as this may differ from flight to flight.

Airlines may charge for additional services such as excess baggage, airport check-in, preferred seating, in-flight entertainment (if available), food, drink, and snacks etc. Any charges for these additional services are not included in the price of your flight ticket and must be paid to the airline directly.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, copyright, database right or similar rights in all material presented on this site (including graphical images, text, video clips, sounds, demos, patches and other files) is owned, controlled or licensed and is protected or covered by copyright, trademark, intellectual property law and other proprietary rights.

You have limited permission to display, print or download extracts from these pages for your personal non-commercial and non-profit use only and you shall not be entitled to commercialize any such material in any way.

Any copies of the pages of the site, which you save to disk or to any other storage system or medium, may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use.

You may not (whether directly or indirectly including through the use of any program) create a database in an electronic or other forms by downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this Site without our prior written consent save as expressly authorized by an agreement in writing between us.

Unless with our prior permission no part of this site may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored on any other website, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service.

Linking to the home page of our site is greatly appreciated but written permission for using our name, logo and link to our site is required. No deep linking or framing will be permitted without prior written agreement. We reserve the right to revoke such permission at any time.

Any permission granted terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or other terms and conditions applicable to this site.

Nothing on this Site or your use of any of the services shall be construed as conferring any license or other rights under the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of the owners and operators of Travelcom Network or any Third Party, whether implied or otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of Third Party Providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer.

Please be aware that the degrees of travel risk in each country varies and that natural disasters could coincide with your travel itinerary.

Travelcom Network does not represent that the dissemination of information through this website would be accurate. Travelcom Network would take all responsible steps to transmit up to date information on its website but would not be held responsible for errors on pages on hotel’s information on hotel’s related operational services, booking prices, hotel ratings, products and packages. We will take all responsible steps to correct errors made on pricing list and reservation made based on those errors and we grant that you will be able to keep such reservation at the available price out at your option and at no cost.

The choice of opting for any of the products and services contained on this website is yours and Travelcom Network is not obliged and does not represent or make recommendations of products and services displayed on its website.

Travelcom Network would not be held liable for erroneous and fraudulent emails sent through its websites, servers, and companies and we maintain that our sites are free from viruses. Travelcom Network disengages itself from the damage of property injuries to persons, acts, and omissions, breaches, errors or deaths arising from the acts of independent contractors, hotel suppliers who are not agents of Travelcom Network.

All liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law including any implied terms as the content of this site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to change all the contents of this Site at any time without notice to you.

The client agrees to defend and indemnify Travelcom Network and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by:

The client or on the client’s behalf in excess of the liability described above; or by third parties as a result of the client’s breach of this website terms, conditions and notices or the documents referenced herein; the client’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or the client’s use of this website.

The use of this website by you does not create an employer/employee relationship, a joint venture shareholder agreement, a memorandum of understanding or a partnership agreement.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall govern this agreement and cases of disputes arising from the use of this website. If you do not agree with the governing law of these terms, please do not use this website.

Any contentions, claims by you evolving from your access to use this website must be brought within six (6) months from the time which such action arose.

The question of the validity of any part of this agreement to any applicable law shall be preceded by a valid provision that closely matches the intent of the original agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Travelcom Network in relation to the website with the exception of statements made fraudulently, each party agrees that it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement made to them upon which they relied in entering this Agreement.
